Robban A. Sica, M.D., graduated from the University of Toledo and the Medical College of Ohio. In 1982, Dr. Sica founded an integrative multi-specialty private practice of natural and alternative medicine, The Center for the Healing Arts, PC in Orange, CT, where she is dedicated to development of a new model for integrative healthcare practice.
Dr. Sica’s integrative approach is very successful for patients with chronic health conditions, as well as those wishing to prevent illness. Unlike allopathic medicine, which treats only symptoms, Dr. Sica’s expertise is in utilizing integrative medicine to address the underlying imbalances to actually correct the problems causing the disease.
Dr. Sica has lectured widely and has made many appearances on television and radio programs. In addition to her practice, Dr. Sica is President of the International College of Integrative Medicine, ICIM representative to the Integrative Medicine Consortium, and Chairperson of the Committee on Board Certification, as well as Secretary of the Alliance for Natural Health-USA. She is certified by the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine and the American Board of Clinical Metal Toxicology, as well as in Advanced Longevity Medicine.
Dr. Sica will present the following two programs:
Ten “Incurables” that Heal with Integrative Medicine
Many of the conditions and diseases commonly considered “incurable” are only so within the limitations of allopathic medical practices. However, a whole world of possibilities exists when natural and integrative approaches are considered. In this seminar, we will explore ten diseases and conditions that have baffled modern medicine, and the variety of alternative and complementary approaches that work wonders. You may find it surprising how easily certain incurables can be resolved (if not “cured”) by discovering their common underlying causes and bringing the body, mind and spirit back into balance.
