The OxyGenesis Institute’s intention, with this cruise, is to help the integrative & holistic health community evolve into higher levels of consciousness, strength and creativity. Traveling, playing and learning together, for a whole week, can really take us far… as individuals, professionals and as a cohesive community. You can help CoCreate this reality as a Sponsor.

We’re keeping the price really low for everyone by keeping our costs to a minimum. One way we achieve this is by collaborating with supportive organizations and significant media outlets to help get the word out about each other.

Instead of charging more and gambling a fortune on ads, we’re offering you the opportunity to joint venture with us. Here’s how it works:

1) Your logo will appear on every page of our website and link directly to your website!

2) Your organization name and/or logo will appear on printed promotional materials and press releases (timing is key here).

3) Your sponsorship will be acknowledged and praised in the Event Program and at our opening and closing events on the ship. If you are onboard, you will be provided with promotional opportunities as appropriate for your business type.

4) We’ll edit and post an article that supports your goals and/or extolls your mission in our Articles section. We drive traffic to our site via these content-value-driven articles (about 250-400 wds). It’s a win-win!

5) If timing allows it, we will offer special discounts to your constituents via coupon voucher codes created specifically for your organization. (After a certain point these may not be available.)

6)  Your cost? We don’t want your money. Just take every opportunity to spread the word, such as…

• regular, repeated advertising and mentions in your print or broadcast medium (if any)
• posting our banner ads conspicuously on your website and e-newsletters
• mentioning the cruise weekly on your social media pages and blog(s)
• promoting it in newsletters and emails to your vendors and advertisers
• stuffing fliers into customer invoices or statements

7) For every New Cruiser you refer to us, you’ll earn $75 – $100 for your organization!

8) Cruise Incentive Program. In addition, if your organization refers…

• 10 conference attendees or more, we will provide standard conference tuition for one staff member ($468 value)
• 20 conference attendees or more, we will provide standard conference tuition for two staff member ($936 value)
• 35 conference attendees or more, we will reimburse full cruise fare for one berth in a double occupancy Inside Cabin , and provide standard conference tuition for one person ($1197 value).*
• 50 attendees or more, we will reimburse full cruise fare for an Inside Cabin, plus provide standard conference tuition for both people ($2394 value)*
• 60 attendees or more,we will reimburse full cruise fare for two people in a Balcony Cabin, plus provide standard conference tuition for both people ($3094 value).**Transportation to/from the ship, as well as govt tax, ship staff gratuity and travel insurance must be paid by recipient(s). Reimbursement will be made within 45-days after the cruise ends, as we are paid by the cruise line within 30-days.

Once accepted as a sponsor, we’ll sign an agreement outlining your promotional plans and commitments. Then…

1) Click on this link to set up your account with a password and unique Affiliate Code. It will ask for a Paypal account email address, so that after the cruise we can send your cash commissions. Leave it blank if you don’t have one.

2) Add these email addresses to your address book or white list: info@oxygenesis.org  and lgrasso@myholisticcruise.com so you’ll receive our updates and new promo copy along the way.

4) Log-in to retrieve your Unique Referral Link and Ad Copy. Copy and paste it onto a handy document on your computer. (Idea: Add it to the bottom of all your email signature, with a little blurb about the cruise, so it appears automatically to everyone you email.)

5) Click on Ads to find print and banner ads (complete with html encoded with your unique referral code).

6) Once on the Ads page, click on Creatives to find text content for use in emails, calendar ads, facebook events, etc.

7) You can also check your results by selecting Sales and track your click-throughs by selecting Referrals.

5) Let us know how many 4-color flyers you want and where to send them (USPS Priority). Add your Referral Code via sharpie or stick-on labels, prior to distributing or mailing.

6) Weʼll send $75 – 100 to your organization for every person who signs up for the cruise after getting to our website by clicking on your Unique Link, OR who enters your Affiliate Code when checking out! Cash payouts and cruise reimbursements will be made by December 15, 2013.

NOTE: If you do not follow through on your commitments within the first 4 weeks, we reserve the right to terminate your sponsorship status. Any commissions earned will be paid, after deducting a $200 admin fee to cover our time/costs and lost opportunities.

The OxyGenesis Institute’s mission with this Cruise is to support the Holistic Health Community in reaching the next level of awareness, strength and cohesion.  So we’re tapping into the power of community and the internet to manifest this vision with as many people as possible!

We’re keeping the price affordable for everyone by keeping our overhead costs to a minimum.  Instead of spending a lot on commercial advertising, and then charging more, we are offering you the opportunity to joint venture with us.

By creating an affiliate program, we’re keeping our marketing efforts focused on networking. This creates a scenario that allows you to benefit personally and professionally… from in-depth exposure and networking, as well as fun and fulfillment. Become a “cruise ship speaker,” promote your work, and have a blast on a tax deductible conference.

If each speaker organizes, or refers, a small group of their own students, clients, colleagues, and friends, to come on the cruise, everyone wins!  Add this to our extensive efforts, and we’ll easily attract a wonderful group of 350-400 quality people.

For every person you refer who signs up and comes on the cruise, you will earn $100. Once you’ve referred 8-10 conference attendees, your cruise fare is covered and you start earning $100 cash for each additional referral. Make additional income selling your books, products, events and services to them during and after the cruise.

Any seasoned professional should be able to achieve this easily with a little bit of effort, given our low pricing, great value, professionally-designed promotional materials, ongoing marketing support and your unique referral link. Just circulate your link on a regular basis, with lovely messages we provide, to everyone on your email list, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Meetup.com, and LinkedIn page(s). Mention it several times in your updates each week to remind people, etc.

In order to become a Speaker, we need you to make a proposal and be ready to commit to the cruise, if chosen, by registering in advance with a $350 Cabin Deposit when your proposal is accepted. Cruise fares range from $739/person double occupancy for an interior cabin, to $989/person double occupancy for a balcony cabin – plus tax and gratuity. Inquire about “solo suites” if single occupancy is desired. Your final balance is due on August 10th.

Your investment will be reimbursed to you after the cruise, to the extent that you have covered your cruise fare by referring new cruisers.

Hereʼs how it works, step by step:

1) Submit your brief proposal via email to glendathegoodnurse@gmail.com
Include these items:
A. Two different 60-90 minute program titles/topics with descriptions & 3 objectives for each
B. Your professional bio of approximately 200 words in length
C. Your publicity photo (not more than 5-years-old) in high-resolution format
D. All your contact info: phone(s), email, website, home address, office address
E. Demo video clip of you presenting to a group, TV interview or YouTube video

2) Once approved, Register yourselfand a cabin mate for the cruise, by clicking here.
3) Click on this link to set up your account with a password and unique Affiliate Code. Record your log-in information in a secure place.
4) Log-in immediately to retrieve your unique Affiliate Link, which you can send out and post on your website. Click on Ads to retrieve linking banner ads and text content for email blasts, Facebook posts, press releases and more. (Your affiliate code is automatically embedded!)
5) Send out the exciting announcement that you have been chosen as a speaker on the Evolving Conscious Community Cruise!
6) Weʼll supply you with glossy 4-color flyers (if desired) to which you can add your Referral Code prior to distributing or mailing. Just email lgrasso@myholisticcruise.com to order as many as you feel you can distribute!
7) For every person who signs up for the cruise after clicking on your Unique Referral Link or banner ads to get to our website, OR who manually enters your Referral Code upon registering for the conference, youʼll earn $100 toward the price of your cruise!
8) If you earn enough to cover the cost of your cruise, youʼll get your payments reimbursed within 30 days after the cruise.
9) If you earn more than enough to cover your cruise fare, we’ll reimburse your deposits plus $100 cash for every single referral thereafter!

NOTE: If you are unable to fulfill your commitment to speak on the cruise, your investment might not be reimbursable.

We tapped into the power of community, co-creation and the internet!  Instead of charging you more and paying a lot for ads, we’d rather give YOU the opportunity to earn your cruise fare back. Just help us spread the word about it and you could earn your way!

Become a CoCreator NOW, just by signing up here. Then distribute flyers, post comments with links to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.  Place banner ads (we provide) on your website, blog or newsletter. Send emails and talk to your friends, colleagues, family members, clients, customers, etc.  Find FAQs and ideas about this here.

Here’s how it works, step by step:

1. Register yourself and a cabin mate* for the Evolving Conscious Community Cruise.

2. Go to our CoCreator Login page to create your account.

3. Set up your account with a Password and Unique Affiliate ID that you’ll choose. This code will also serve as your username when logging in to your account.

4. Login to your account immediately after creating it, to copy your Unique Affiliate Link, which contains your Affiliate Code, and paste it somewhere handy, so you can grab it every time you need it. Login again, anytime, to track your results and pick up email copy  and ready-made, link-embedded banner ads for your website, blog or newsletter (if any).

5. Email your Referral Link to friends, family, co-workers, holistic health care providers, and anyone you know who might be interested. Tell them you are going and would love to experience this with them as well. When they click on your link and sign up you will get the credit.

6. Post your link on all the social network sites you belong to… Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Meetup.com, Pinterest, etc. On some of these sites, your Referral ID will be masked and only www.myholisticcruise.com will appear on the link you post. Don’t worry, it will still work!

7. Call us if you want color flyers to distribute. Just write your Affiliate Code onto it in the space provided. When someone comes to our site without clicking on a Referral Link first, they will have to choose from a dropdown list of CoCreators. It helps if your code is recognizable – such as your name!

8. For every person who signs up for the cruise after getting to our website by clicking on your Unique Link, OR chooses your referral code when checking out, we’ll rebate $75 back to you after the cruise! That’s $150 per double occupancy cabin (which is typical).

9. All commissions/rebates will be paid online via Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you will be prompted via email to open an account 7 days prior to the day we pay everyone. You can then deposit your money directly from Paypal into your bank account. It is very easy and secure.

*NOTE: Rebates will not be paid for registering yourself or roommate. Whomever referred you will receive it. See CoCreator FAQS for more information. If you don’t know who will share your cabin yet, just register yourself for now, and remember that you will not receive credit for registering your cabin mate. We may be able to pair you up with another person looking for a cabin mate if you let us know you need one. Single occupancy rates are also available if you prefer (See Pricing Page for details).
